To create our fully flexible approach to work, we start with a chat. Once we understand the key areas your consultant can help drive your business success, we craft a working solution based on your budget and needs.

Ongoing and Regular Support

When you have a number of smaller tasks where you need support, we can be there. To update employment contracts, write job descriptions, recruit great new talent, and attend strategic meetings, an ongoing support model can be a great
way to work together.


Our Retained Services are just like having your own internal Human Resources specialist. We agree on a set (but flexible) schedule and regular rhythms of work so we can drive small projects and business-as-usual tasks for your
business.
Contracts with a minimum of 4 hours a week over 3 months or more, our Retained services lower costs and lock us in. We can substitute contact hours for peak periods, planned leave or sickness, and top up using the hourly rate when required.

This flexible approach creates long-term partnerships that maximise our understanding of your unique business.

Flexible Support

When you don’t have the predictability of a regular schedule, you need absolute flexibility from us. For an adaptive solution with no minimum commitment, engage us at daily and hourly rates.

Time-based rates are great for transactional HR tasks, and smaller projects like preparing HR documents, attending meetings and interviews, and planning performance counselling sessions.

Our daily rates accumulate any work completed in excess of 8 hours in a given calendar week, giving you great cost savings when we complete more work in a shorter time period.

We can also use hourly rates to top-up retained work when we need it

Human Resources Projects

Project Partnerships give structure when that’s what you need.

 

When you need strategic business planning, large recruitment projects, fully tailored policies and procedures, organisational structures and delivering training programs, Project Management costing gives you an overall budget to align what you need to spend.

Each project comes with an initial scope of work, clear milestones, incremental tracking of budget spend, and the certainty you need when investing in clearly defined business outcomes

Sounding Board

When all you need is a quick call, we’ve got a simple solution for you. This is a great option when we know each other well, and you just need to call HR for advice.

Talk to us for verbal discussions about new people challenges you need a quick answer for. Framing a performance discussion, confirming legal or Award provisions, Health & Safety Advice, a Covid-19 situation, or just sourcing an objective view from someone who knows you and your business well.

Calls less than 30 minutes are charged at this rate and are non-cumulative. If your Sounding Board session turns into something a little more complex, say longer than 30 minutes, we'll work out the best model to work for your situation.
